The beach at night

If I was a wonderful painter I would paint the beach at night. It would the deep blue sea, the waves and the sand. The sky would be dark and promiscuous. The moon would be full and out. The scenery would be very beautiful. Every night I would stare at it and it would relax me. The waves would be perfect, the water hitting the rocks and reaching the sand that isn't moist yet. The water a deep and dark blue. The moon would be big and would reflect on the water. I would imagine I was there, the water cold, the night very nice and breezy. The moon would be very bright and would light up my path. In the background there would be many buildings with all the lights on. The buildings would depict Downtown Los Angeles. There would be palm trees decorated with little lights all around. The scenery would be very beautiful and everything I ever wanted!!

The oldest person

My grandpa was 85 years old and loved to play many instruments such as the Guitar, an intrument called el Guitarron which is like a chello but its held like a guitar, and another called la Vinguela which is a really small guitar. My grandpa played in a mariachi with really close friends he knew for years. My grandpa was an awesome person. You know the shirts that say "If dad says no, ask grandpa"? That was always the case with me; when my parents said no, my grandpa would say yes. He spoiled me in many ways. He bought me everything I wanted. If he said that he was going to buy it tomorrow he always did. He was very supportive and even though he lived in Arizona we spoke everyday afterschool. He always told me that I am a Flores and we never back down, we fight for what we want and never give up. The Flores family never setteles for less than what they deserve he would always say. He has helped influence me and shape me up into the person I am today. Sadly, my grandpa had many health problems. Diabetes, his breathing was tough, his heart beats were off, little by little he lost his strength, until one sunday night he had a stroke which was the end of this strong man. He fought for 2 whole and long weeks until he lost his battle on December 6, 2008. He will always be remembered as the oldest person I know. He will always be loved and always in our hearts! The bat who couldnt fly

On a cold and stormy winter night, there were a group of 5 bats; 4 that flew quickly and a baby one who was barely learning how to fly. The night was very windy, very cold, rainy with lightning and thunder. The moon was hidden in the clouds. The bats were looking for a place to stay dry. The wind blew and blew, but the bats kept going, except for the last one. A huge, giant wind came and blew him the opposite direction. It pushed him into a tree and he came sliding down until he hit the cold, wet floor. He had landed on his left wing and it hurt real bad! He couldn't move or go anywhere to get out of the rain because he was in so much pain. So he just lay there motionless...The hours passed and the rain, thunder and lightning all went away. The wind still went strong. The sun came up, but it wasn't too bright because it hid behind the clouds. The bat became drowsy; very very sleepy so he went to sleep very cold. The hours passed rapidly, or so he felt. Next thing he knew, it was dark and there were very dark threatening clouds in the sky. The wind blew even harder than the day before, no rain yet, but it would soon return! So the bat, still very sore from the hit, awoke and flapped both of his wings making sure one wasn't broken, He then got up and started to fly very weak, every now and then he would lose control and would descend rapidly, but he pulled it together and kept going. He started chirping the bat call he knew and was hearing a response. He followed the noise as it became louder and clearer. The rain started falling again, but not too hard this time then he saw his family start to fly. He was going to be left behind, but he flapped and flapped and caught up. Now the baby bat was with his family. They were reunited again and now they flew altogether like the family that they were!

Lunch with a famous person

If I were to have lunch with a famous person it would definitely have to be with Eminem. The reason for it is because he is the most controversial rap artist out there. In his music he speaks about how his life was with his mom and the mother of his kids. His alter ego, Slim Shady, speaks about other artist and people and he doesn't care if he gets in trouble for it. I would have to ask him how he does that, like does he feel bad after he does or does he just not care? I would also ask him how he got to where he is today and if hes happy in this position? The whole lunch hour we would speak of him, his life, and the meaning behind some of his songs.

My 2 sisters

I am the youngest of 3 girls. The oldest one is 30, followed by the 23 year old and then its me! My oldest sister Nancy has 2 kids, Nicole and Raymundo that are 12 and 9. My sister is helpful in many ways. She gives me advice on things that I need help with. She is some what supportive, but she doesn't care what I do as long as it makes me happy. She plays softball and is pretty good at it! My 23 year old sister Jackie plays soccer as do I! She plays center-mid and is really good. She works in a pharmacy as a Pharmacy-Technician and is now going to school to become a Pharmacist. She had to stop going to college in 2007 because she had a really bad car accident and broke her leg, but that doesn;t stop her from doing anything. She is very supportive of what I do and she always tries to keep me on track of what I should be doing to get into a good university. Me and my sisters might fight because they get jelous of the people I hang around with sometimes, but I still love them!

My pet panda

If I were to have any pet, I would definately choose a baby panda bear. Panda's are cute and soft. They might be a little lazy, but its ok. They are very soft and fuzzy. I would have an excess of bamboo trees growing in my back yard. I would make him his own little forest in the back yard with trees and vines and a little lake so he can play in. I would care for him. I would raise him since he was small until he cant live in a house anymore. Then will be the day i will him go off into the wild where we belongs to be free and have many friends and play and mate with other panda's and maybe when he has his baby panda bear's i can raise one how I raised him. Who know's? It can happen right?

my journey on a pirate ship

"Where am I? This doesn't look like my room!" I said to myself. "Ahoy matee!" someone said from the far corner of the room. I got up from my bed and started walking around to see who was there. It was dark and i was looking for the light switch. My room, or so I thought it was, felt shaky and i was moving side to side way to much! I didn't feel too good. The movement made me feel sick! Then I heard it again "Ahoy matee!" and that's when i saw the candle turn on and I saw this man with a big, frizzy, white-hair beard. He had sea-blue eyes and pale with gray-looking lips. He looked dead for some reason. "Ahoy matee! It is I captain of the Santa Clara! Welcome aboard!". Gee thanks, but where do I go if i don't want to be here? I tried pinching myself so i can wake up from this stupid dream about pirates and sea monsters or whatever else is in this stupid dream, but I didn't snap back into reality! What if this was real? No! It couldn't be!! Could it? Well i don't know, but lets what this person wants from me! "Umm yeah hi! Where am I?" "The Santa Clara! The fastest ship on the Atlantic! You've heard of it?" he asked. "Umm no I haven't. What do you want from me?" was my reply. "Well we've been watching you.." creep! "..and we've noticed you're movement and you have very good potential of becoming my partner and become one of us!" I was so frustrated at this point and said "Okay, but what if I don't want to be a pirate? What if I want to go home, to my room, my warm warm room?" "Well you cant leave! This is not an option. We choose who we think is good for the part, like it or not!" Ugh! This is so dumb, I guess just play along with it. Think positive, it can be fun! OH YEAH RIGHT! My first job was meeting the crew, then I had to follow around this guy I just met a few hours ago, I don't even know his name!! "Excuse me, hey you guy with the long, frizzy, white beard! Whats your name?" he clears his throat and says "My name is Captain Davy Tentacle, now hurry, keep up. This is the rope to tighten the sail. You have to pull......" I completely spaced out and was looking out onto the sea. Oh how beautiful it looked. The water was a clear blue color, you can see the ocean reefs, the beautiful colors of the fish. It was magnificent! The next few days we just went over procedures and he showed me how to run the ship just in case something were to happen. We went into dark and mysterious caves and found sea turtles and fish and gold! It was very exciting. One morning I woke up to find the Captain dead! He died in his sleep; not a violent death! I walk out and sadly announce the news. The crew members and I mourn his death and have a little ceremony for him. Days later they argued if I was indeed ready to be captain and for a whole I proved them all wrong. I showed them I could! And from now on I was captain of the Santa Clara, the fastest and richest ship in Atlantic!
